1. Disconnect ground cable from battery. 2. Jack-up vehicle, support it with safety stands, and remove front wheels. 3. Unlock axle nut. See Fig. 20 . CAUTION: Be sure to loose and re-tighten axle nut after removing wheel from vehicle. Failure to follow this rule may damage wheel bearings. 4. Remove axle nut while depressing brake pedal to prevent front drive shaft from turning. 5. Remove stabilizer link. See Fig. 21 . 6. Remove disc brake caliper from housing, and suspend it from strut using a wire. CAUTION: Be careful not to damage oil seal lip when removing front drive shaft. When replacing front drive shaft, also replace inner oil seal. 7. Remove front drive shaft assembly from hub. If it hard to remove, use the axle shaft puller and plate. 8. Remove disc rotor from hub. See Fig. 22 . If disc rotor seizes up within hub, drive disc rotor out by installing an 8-mm bolt in screw hole on the rotor. 9. Remove cotter pin and castle nut which secure tie-rod end to housing knuckle arm. See Fig. 23 . 10. Using a puller, remove tie-rod ball joint from knuckle arm. See Fig. 24 . 11. On ABS equipped models, remove ABS sensor assembly and harness in advance. See Fig. 25 . 12. Remove transverse link ball joint from housing. See Fig. 26 . 13. After scribing an alignment mark on camber adjusting bolt head, remove bolts which connect housing and strut, and disconnect housing from strut.

Ongoing studies of vehicle repairs and service procedures have lead to the development of a new rear wheel bear- ing replacement procedure for the fol- lowing vehicles: • 1998-2003 Forester • 1993-2003 Impreza (excluding WRX) • 1990-1999 Legacy Additionally, several design changes have been made to increase the dura- bility of the original equipment caged ball bearings in all types of operating conditions. The installation of sec- ondary dust shields to the axle (August 2000 vehicle production), and changes to the wheel bearing itself represent some of the results of this continued study. The most recent pro- duction changes were: • Grease material changed, • Treatment changes to the rear ball bearing and inner race, • Initial preload applied in produc-tion changed. These changes took place effective August 21, 2001, starting with the fol- lowing VINs: • Impreza Sedan: • Impreza Wagon: • Forester: To reduce the possibility of repeat premature failures, Subaru has intro- duced a new procedure to service the rear wheel bearings of the models listed above that entails replacing the rear wheel bearing on the vehicle. This new procedure eliminates the heavy forces needed to service the rear wheel bear- ings that occur when using a hydraulic press. This smooth, low force installa- tion eliminates the chances of deform- ing the wheel bearing housing and increases the efficiency of the repair. A new special tool kit has been developed to perform this procedure on the vehicle (Kent Moore J45697). The 2*517136 2*817579 2*735724 new tools are designed to work only with tapered roller bearings. The complete repair procedure can be found in Subaru Service Publication Booklet MSA5TT0201. Subaru has also authorized the installation of a taper roller-type bearing, part number 28016AA030, as the replacement part on the applicable Impreza and Forester models. This taper bearing is the same bearing that is applicable to 1999 model year and prior Legacy models. If you have diagnosed a failed rear wheel bearing, repair it with the new procedure and check the condition of the remaining side. Replace only if needed. The new genuine Subaru rear wheel bearings are not to be packed with grease of any kind. The bearing is ready to install out of the box. Wheel Bearing Installation Procedures The following is a summary of the revised wheel bearing installa- tion procedures. A PDF version of Booklet Number MSA5TT0201, containing the complete proce- dure, photographs and tool list- ings is available for download on the End Wrench website at www.endwrench.com. Do not attempt this procedure without the proper tools. They may be purchased from Kent-Moore by calling 800.345.2233. 1 Remove the wheel. 2 Remove the caliper mounting bolts. 3 Secure the caliper. Place a mark on the hub and rotor so that they can be reassembled the same way they came apart. 4 Remove the rotor. 5 Unstake and remove the axle nut. 6 Remove the lateral link bolt. 7 Push the bearing housing out- ward and slide the axle out. 8 Set the axle below the lateral link bolt and reinstall the lateral link bolt. Note: Inspect the axle for any deep scratches, pitting or damage dust shield. Replace if necessary. 9 Connect the slide hammer to the wheel-bearing hub. Do not use the original wheel lug nuts. Note: After threading on the five lug adapter to the slide hammer, thread on the nut and tighten the adapter to the nut.

INSTALLATION SPROCKET 1) Install right-hand belt cover No.2. 2) Install left-hand belt cover No.2. 3) Install tensioner bracket 4) Install crankshaft sprocket. 5) Install right-hand exhaust camshaft sprocket. To lock camshaft, use ST. 6) Install right-hand intake camshaft sprocket using ST. 7) Install left-hand exhaust camshaft sprocket using ST. 8) Install left-hand intake camshaft sprocket using ST. ST 499207300 CAMSHAFT SPROCKET WRENCH 2. AUTOMATIC BELT TENSION ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY AND BELT IDLER 1) Preparation for installation of automatic be~ tension adjuster assembly: CAUTION: Always use a vertical type pressing tool to move the adjuster rod down. Do not use a lateral type vise. Push adjuster rod vertically. Be sure to slowly move the adjuster rod down applying a pressure of 294 N (30 kg, 66 lb). Press-in the push adjuster rod gradually taking more than three minutes. Do not allow press pressure to exceed 9,807 N (1,000 kg, 2,205 lb). Press the adjuster rod as far as the end surface of the cylinder.
WARNING: DO NOT PRESS THE ADJUSTER ROD INTO THE CYLINDER. DOING SO MAY DAMAGE THE CYLINDER. DO NOT RELEASE PRESS PRESSURE UNTIL STOPPER PIN IS COMPLETELY INSERTED. (1) Attach the automatic belt tension adjuster assembly to the vertical pressing tool (2) Slowly move the adjuster rod down with a pressure of 294 N (30 kg, 66 lb) until the adjuster rod is aligned with the stopper pin hole in the cylinder. (3) With a 2 mm (0.08 in) dia. stopper pin or a 2 mm (0.08 in) (nominal) dia. hex bar wrench inserted into the stopper pin hole in the cylinder, secure the adjuster rod. 2) Install Automatic belt tension adjuster assembly. 3) Install belt idler No.2. 4) Install belt idler. TIMING BELT 1) Crankshaft and camshaft sprocket alignment. (1) Align mark on crankshaft sprocket with mark on the oil pump cover at cylinder block. (2) Align single line mark on right-hand exhaust camshaft sprocket with notch on belt cover. (3) Align single line mark on right-hand exhaust camshaft sprocket with notch on belt cover. (Make sure double lines on intake camshaft and exhaust camshaft sprockets are aligned.)..

REMOVAL 1. Loosen water pump pulley mounting nuts or bolts. 2. Loosen two alternator mounting bolts, and detach V-belt. [Except air conditioner equipped model] 3. Remove water pump pulley and pulley cover. 4. Disconnect lead from oil pressure switch. 5. Remove oil level gauge guide together with gauge. 6. Remove crankshaft pulley. To lock crankshaft, use FLYWHEEL STOPPER [manual transmission model] or DRIVE PLATE STOPPER [automatic transmission model]. 7. Remove belt cover plate. [TURBO model] 8. Remove belt covers LH, RH and FR. 9. Removing timing belt (a) Loosen tensioner mounting bolts on # 1 cylinder by 1/2 turn. (b) With tensioner fully turned to slacken belt, tighten mounting bolts. (c) Mark rotating direction of timing belt, then remove belt. (d) Loosen tensioner No. 2 mounting bolts on # 2 cylinder by 1/2 turn. (e) With tensioner fully rotated to slacken belt by using TENSIONER WRENCH, tighten tensioner mounting bolts.
NOTE: Cover TENSIONER WRENCH clamping tips with a rubber hose or waste cloth to prevent crankshaft or pulley from being damaged. (f) Remove crankshaft sprocket. (g) Remove timing belt after marking rotating direction of belt. (h) Remove crankshaft sprocket No. 2. 10. Remove tensioner and tensioner No. 2 together with tensioner spring. 11. Remove belt idler. 12. Remove camshaft sprockets by using CAMSHAFT SPROCKET WRENCH. 13. Remove right-hand belt cover No. 2, left-hand belt cover No. 2 and belt cover RR.
TIMING BELT 1. Check timing belt teeth for breaks, cracks, and wear. If any fault is found, replace belt. 2. Check the condition of back side of belt; if any crack is found, replace belt. NOTE: A. Be careful not to let oil, grease or coolant contact the belt. Remove quickly and thoroughly if this happens. B. Do not bend the belt sharply. The bending radius must be greater than 60 mm (2.36 in) . C. When replacing belt, be sure to replace both belts as a matched set. TIMING BELT TENSIONER 1. Check tensioner roller for smooth rotation. Replace roller if noise or excessive play is noted. 2. Measure the out-of-squareness of tensioner rollerH. If it exceeds 0.5 mm (0.020 in). , replace roller. BELT IDLER Check idler for smooth rotation. Replace if noise or excessive play is noted. INSTALLATION 1. Install belt cover seal LH No. 3 to cylinder block. 2. Install belt cover LH seal, belt cover No.4 LH seal, and belt cover mount to belt cover RR, then install to cylinder block. Tightening torque: 4.4 – 5.4 N-m (0.45 – 0.55 kg-m, 3.3 – 4.0 ft-lb).

REMOVAL 1) Remove front wheels. 2) Remove air intake duct. 3) Disconnect connector from front oxygen sensor. 3) Disconnect connector from front oxygen sensor.4) Disconnect connector from rear oxygen sensor, (California 2200 cc model only) 5) Remove pitching stopper. 6) Remove radiator upper brackets, 7) Support engine with a lifting device and wire ropes. 8) Lift-up the vehicle. CAUTION: At this time, raise up wire ropes. 9) Drain engine oil. Set container under the vehicle, and remove drain plug from oil pan. 10) Disconnect connector from rear oxygen sensor. (Except California 2200 cc model) 11) Remove front exhaust pipe. a) b) c) Separate front catalytic converter from center exhaust pipe. Remove front exhaust pipe from engine.
Remove bolt which installs front exhaust pipe on bracket. 12) Remove nuts which install front cushion rubber onto front crossmember. 13) Remove bolts which install oil pan on cylinder block while raising up engine. 14) Insert oil pan cutter blade between cylinder block-tool pan clearance. CAUTION: Do not use a screwdriver or similar tool in place of oil pan cutter. 15) Separate oil strainer from oil strainer stay. 16) Remove oil strainer. 17) Remove baffle plate and oil strainer stay. INSTALLATION CAUTION: Before installing oil pan, clean sealant from oil and engine block. 1) Install baffle plate and oil strainer stay. Tightening torque: 5 Nm (0.5 kg-m, 3.6 ft. lbs.) 2) Install oil strainer onto baffle plate. CAUTION: Replace O-ring with a new one. Tightening torque: 9.8 Nm (1.0 kg-m, 7 ft. lbs.)

CAUTION: INTERFERENCE ENGINE When installing the timing belt, be sure to align all alignment marks on the belt with corresponding marks on the sprokets. If incorrectly installed, interference between pistons and valves may occur. A: REMOVAL 1. TIMING BELT 1. Remove timing belt guide. (MT vehicles only) 2. If alignment mark (a) and/or arrow mark (which indicates rotation direction) on timing belt fade away, put new marks before removing timing belt as shown in procedures below. 1. CAUTION Wear work clothing, including a cap, protective goggles and protective shoes during operation. Remove contamination including dirt and corrosion before removal, installation or disassembly. Keep the disassembled parts in order and protect them from dust and dirt. Before removal, installation or disassembly, be sure to clarify the failure. Avoid unnecessary removal, installation, disassembly and replacement. Be careful not to burn yourself, because each part on the vehicle is hot after running.
Be sure to tighten fasteners including bolts and nuts to the specified torque. Place shop jacks or rigid racks at the specified points. Before disconnecting electrical connectors of sensors or units, be sure to disconnect the ground cable from battery. SPARK PLUG REMOVAL Spark plug: < Ref. to , SPECIFICATION, General Description.> RH SIDE 1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery. 2. Remove the air cleaner case. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Air Cleaner Case. > 3. Remove the spark plug cords by pulling the boot. (Do not pull the cord itself.) 4. Remove the spark plug with a spark plug socket. LH SIDE 1. Remove the battery. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Battery. > 2. Remove the spark plug cords by pulling the boot. (Do not pull the cord itself.) 3. Remove the spark plug with a spark plug socket. INSTALLATION RH SIDE Install in the reverse order of removal. Tightening torque: 21 N.m (2.1 kgf-m, 15.2 ft-lb) NOTE: The above torque should be only applied to new spark plugs without oil on their threads. In case their threads are lubricated, the torque should be reduced by approx. 1/3 of the specified torque in order to avoid over-stressing.

REMOVAL 1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. 2. Remove the solenoid valve cover. 3. Disconnect the connector from the front oxygen (A/F) sensor. 4. Disconnect the engine harness fixed by clip (A) from the bracket (B). 5. Remove the front right side wheel. 6. Lift-up the vehicle. 7. Remove the service hole cover. 8. Apply SUBARU CRC or its equivalent to the threaded portion of front oxygen (A/F) sensor, and leave it for one minute or more. SUBARU CRC (Part No. 004301003)
9. Remove the front oxygen (A/F) sensor. CAUTION: When removing the oxygen (A/F) sensor, wait until exhaust pipe cools, otherwise it will damage exhaust pipe. INSTALLATION 1. Before installing front oxygen (A/F) sensor, apply the anti-seize compound only to the threaded portion of front oxygen (A/F) sensor to make the next removal easier. Anti-seize compound: SS-30 by JET LUBE CAUTION: Never apply anti-seize compound to protector of front oxygen (A/F) sensor. 2. Install the front oxygen (A/F) sensor. Tightening torque: 21N.m (2.1 kgf-m, 15.2 ft-lb) Install the service hole cover. 4. Lower the vehicle. 5. Install the front right side wheel. 6. Connect the engine harness with clip (A) to the bracket (B). 7. Connect the connector of front oxygen (A/F) sensor. 8. Install the solenoid valve cover. 9. Connect the battery ground cable.

Removal 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Remove engine under cover. 2. Lower vehicle. Remove radiator coolant reservoir, and set aside. Remove electric cooling fan and radiator shroud. 3. On Impreza and Forester, remove accessory drive belt cover. On all models, remove accessory drive belts. 4. Hold crankshaft pulley stationary, and remove crankshaft pulley center bolt. Remove crankshaft pulley. Remove timing belt covers. 5. Turn crankshaft to align crankshaft and camshaft timing notches with marks on rear timing cover and engine block. See Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 . On manual transmission models, remove timing belt guide from top of crankshaft pulley. 6. On all models, if reusing old belt, use White paint to mark timing belt in relation to sprocket timing marks. See Fig. 3. Also mark timing belt direction of travel. On 2000 and newer vehicles, count number of teeth between marks.
For correct count, see INSTALLATION MARK MEASUREMENT SPECIFICATIONS table. 7. Remove No. 2 timing belt idler pulley. See Fig. 4. Remove timing belt. Remove timing belt automatic tensioner with rod facing up. 1. Inspect timing belt for wear on rounded edges of drive teeth. Inspect belt for signs of oil contamination. Replace belt if it is damaged or contaminated. 2. Inspect belt automatic tensioner oil seals for leaks. Slight trace of oil at rod oil seal does not indicate a problem. Inspect rod ends for abnormal wear and scratches. 3. Measure extension of rod beyond tensioner body. Holding tensioner with rod facing up, rod extension should be .204-.244″ (5.2-6.2 mm). See Fig. 5. Replace automatic tensioner if rod extension is not as specified. CAUTION: Always use a vertical type pressing tool to compress automatic tensioner rod. DO NOT use a bench vise to compress rod. It may take more than 3 minutes to compress the automatic tensioner rod. 4. Place automatic tensioner in a press with tensioner rod facing up. Apply 66 lbs. (294 N) of pressure on rod. If rod moves down easily, replace automatic tensioner. 5. Inspect automatic tensioner and idler pulleys for worn bearings or lubricant leaks. Replace as necessary. Installation CAUTION: To prevent damage, DO NOT apply more than 2205 lbs. (9807 N) of pressure to automatic adjuster rod. Do NOT press automatic tensioner rod past the top surface of the housing.

1) Remove the strut cap of quarter trim. 2) Loosen the rear wheel nuts. 3) Jack-up the vehicle, support it with safety stands (rigid racks) and remove rear wheels. 4) Remove the brake hose clip, and then remove the brake hose from rear strut. 5) Remove the bolts which secure rear strut to housing. CAUTION: Do not subject the brake hose and ABS sensor harness to excessive tension. 6) Remove the nuts securing strut mount to body. INSTALLATION 1) Secure the strut mount to body with a new selflocking nut. Tighten the self-locking nut used to secure strut mount to vehicle body. Tightening torque: 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m, 14.5 ft. lbs.) 2) Secure the rear strut to housing with a new selflocking nut. Tightening torque: 200 Nm (20.4 kgf-m, 148 ft. lbs.) 3) Install the brake hose to lower side of strut, then insert brake hose clip. 4) Lower the vehicle and tighten wheel nut. Tightening torque: 90 Nm (9.2 kgf-m, 66 ft. lbs.) 5) Install the strut cap to rear quarter trim. NOTE: Check the wheel alignment and adjust if necessary. DISASSEMBLY For disassembly of rear strut, refer to procedures outlined under front strut as a guide. ASSEMBLY Refer to Front Strut as a guide for assembly procedures. REMOVAL Brake Drum And Shoe 1. Loosen wheel nuts, jack-up vehicle, support it with rigid racks, and remove wheel. 2. Release parking brake. 3. Remove brake drum from brake assembly. NOTE: If it is difficult to remove brake drum, remove adjusting hole cover from back plate, and then, turn adjuster assembly pawls using a slot-type screwdriver until brake shoe separates from the drum. 4. Hold hold-down pin by securing rear of back plate with your hand. 5. Disconnect hold-down cup from hold-down pin by rotating hold-down cup. 6. Disconnect lower shoe return spring from shoes. 7. Remove shoes one by one from back plate with adjuster. CAUTION: Be careful not to bend parking brake cable excessively when removing brake shoes.
8. Disconnect parking brake cable from parking lever. 9. Remove the parts shown. Brake Assembly 1. Remove wheel. 2. Remove axle nut. 3. Remove brake drum. 4. Unscrew the brake pipe flare nut and disconnect brake pipe. 5. Remove hub. 6. Remove the bolts installing back plate, and then, remove brake assembly. Wheel Cylinder 1. Remove brake drum and shoes. 2. Unscrew brake pipe flare nut; and disconnect brake pipe. 3. Remove the bolts installing wheel cylinder on back plate, and remove it. DISASSEMBLY Wheel Cylinder 1. Remove right and left dust boots from wheel cylinder. 2. Remove piston, cup, spring and air bleeder screw and cap. INSPECTION 1. If the inside surface of brake drum is streaked, correct the surface.
And, if it is unevenly worn, taperingly streaked, or the outside surface of brake drum is damaged, correct or replace it. 2. Measure the drum inner diameter. Drum inner diameter: “L” Standard: 228.6 mm (9 inch) Service limit: 230.6 mm (9.08 inch) 3. Measure the lining thickness. Lining thickness: Standard: 4.1 mm (0.161 inch) Service limit: 1.5 mm (0.059 inch) 4. If the deformation or wear of back plate, shoe, etc. are notable, replace them. 5. When the shoe return spring tension is excessively weakened, replace it, taking care to identify upper and lower springs. ASSEMBLY Wheel Cylinder 1. Clean all parts in brake fluid. 1) Disconnect battery ground cable. 2) Loosen clamp which connects air intake duct to mass air flow sensor. 3) Loosen clamp which connects air intake chamber to throttle body. 4) Disconnect blow-by hose and air hose, and remove air intake chamber and air intake duct as a unit. 5) Disconnect connector from idle air control solenoid valve. 6) Disconnect PCV hose (A) and vacuum hose (B). 7) Disconnect vacuum hose (C) from cruise control diaphragm. (With cruise control models) 8) Disconnect air by-pass hose from idle air control solenoid valve. 9) Remove bolts which install idle air control solenoid valve to throttle body. 10) Disconnect engine coolant hoses from idle air control solenoid valve, and take them off.
11) Installation is in the reverse order of removal. CAUTION: Replace gasket with a new one. Tightening torque: 6.4 ±0.5 N.m (0.65 ±0.05 kg-m, 4.7 ±4 ft-lb) B: CLEANING 1) Start and warm-up the engine until radiator fan operates. 2) Hold throttle valve so that engine speed is at 2,000 rpm. CAUTION: This application is an interference engine. Do not rotate camshaft or crankshaft when timing belt is removed, or engine damage may occur. TIMING BELT Removal 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. 2. Remove accessory drive belt cover. See Fig. 1 . Remove accessory drive belts. 3. Hold crankshaft pulley stationary using Crank Pulley Wrench (499977100 or 499977400), and remove crankshaft pulley center bolt. See Fig. 2 . Remove crankshaft pulley. 4. Remove timing belt covers. See Fig. 3 . 5. Using Crankshaft Socket (499987500), turn crankshaft to align marks on crankshaft sprocket, left side intake camshaft sprocket, left side exhaust camshaft sprocket, right side intake camshaft sprocket and right side exhaust camshaft sprocket with notches on belt cover and cylinder block. See Fig. 4 . 6. On manual transmission models, remove timing belt guides from around crankshaft and camshaft pulleys. See Fig. 5 .
7. On all models, if reusing old belt, check for timing and rotation marks on timing belt before removing. If marks are missing or worn off, use White paint to mark timing belt in relation to sprocket timing marks and direction of belt rotation. See Fig. 6 . Count number of teeth between crankshaft sprocket and camshaft sprockets so that belt can be reinstalled in same position. See INSTALLATION MARK MEASUREMENT SPECIFICATIONS table. For location of measurement points, refer to illustration. See Fig. 7 . CAUTION: After timing belt has been removed, NEVER rotate intake and exhaust camshaft sprockets. If camshaft sprocket is rotated, intake and exhaust valve heads will strike together and valve stems will bend. 8. Remove timing belt idler pulley “A”. See Fig. 8 . Remove timing belt. 9. Remove idler pulleys “B” and “C”, if necessary. See Fig. 8 . Remove automatic belt tension adjuster assembly with adjuster rod facing up. See Fig. 9 .

Removal 1. Drain fluid and remove oil pan and gasket. Before disconnecting 4 wiring harness connectors at duty and shift solenoids, note shape of connectors and/or wire colors going to appropriate solenoids. Remove 2 Black and 4 Yellow bolts retaining oil pipe, harness bracket and oil filter. 2. Remove filter and oil pipe. Remove 6 Black and 11 Yellow valve body attaching bolts. Remove valve body and accumulator springs. Remove shift solenoid assembly and duty solenoids “A” and “B” from valve body. See Fig. 4 . Installation 1. Install duty solenoid “B” to valve body. Hand tighten 2 inner bolts to secure solenoid. Install shift solenoid assembly and duty solenoid “A” to valve body. Secure accumulator springs to valve body with assembly lube. 2. Align manual valve with linkage and install valve body to transaxle with Black and Yellow bolts. Install and tighten remaining duty solenoid bolts. Install oil filter, oil pipe, harness bracket and reconnect harness. Secure connectors to valve body. Install oil pan and gasket. Add and check fluid level.

1) Open engine hood. 2) Disconnect ground cable from the battery. 3) Drain engine coolant completely. 4) Disconnect radiator outlet hose from engine coolant pump. 5) Remove radiator fan motor assembly. 6) Remove V-belt(s). 7) Remove timing belt. 8) Remove belt tension adjuster. 9) Remove camshaft position sensor. 10) Remove left side camshaft pulley by using ST. ST 499207100 CAMSHAFT SPROCKET WRENCH 11) Remove left side rear timing belt cover. 12) Remove tensioner bracket. 13) Disconnect heater hose from engine coolant pump. 14) Remove engine coolant pump. B: INSPECTION 1) Check engine coolant pump bearing for smooth rotation. 2) Check engine coolant pump pulley for abnormalities.
3) Using a dial gauge, measure impeller runout in thrust direction while rotating the pulley. “Thrust” runout limit: 0.5 mm (0.020 inch) Limit: 1.0 mm (0.039 inch) 5) After engine coolant pump installation, check pulley shaft for engine coolant leaks. If leaks are noted, replace engine coolant pump assembly. C: INSTALLATION Installation is in the reverse order of removal. CAUTION: – Replace gasket with a new one. – When installing engine coolant pump, tighten bolts in two stages in numerical sequence as shown in figure. Tightening torque: 10 +4-0 Nm (1.0 +4-0 kg-m, 7.2 +2.9-0 ft. lbs.)
